Summary~
Gwyn is a White Peacock, one of the rarest peafowls in the world. Gwyn has a condition called Leucism, like albinism, turns your skin pale and hair white at birth, it turns his feathers white. Inevitably, being nothing but pure white, the other peafowl, both male and female, seem to be attracted to him and often times, harass him. Even so, the harassment did not damper his attitude as he is still polite, kind, and at times, painfully honest. He lives with his fellow peafowl, his party, in an isolated forest called Litchlisle. One day, the most haughty and smug peacock of the party, Gideon, pulled a stunt that violated Gwyn's privacy to the max. And Gwyn, now extremely fed up with his party's harassment, fled the forest and almost ended up in the jaws of a hunting dog.
Wilder is a Ferruginous Hawk, one of the largest hawks in the world. He lives in Niatane Woods, a more amicable community. Since the forest is rich and variable in its animals, it has become popular grounds for hunters to hunt. The community has a system that works similar to a security alarm, where the animals that live in the trees, watch for any signs of predators and hunters. It was Wilder's watch that day, when he heard the squawks of a struggle and look towards the sounds to find the most beautiful creature that he has ever seen being chased by a hunting dog.
