Off of the east coast of the United States, there is a secret island where rocket scientists from the Soviet Union are in the middle of an experiment with genetics. Their mission? To colonize the seafloor. How? Create a race of humans that are able to breathe underwater. To test their experiments, they go to the shore of the United States and kidnap teenagers. The teenagers are used as the scientists' lab rats and many of them turn into experiments gone wrong. My name is Cameron. I am an experiment that did not go wrong.

They have sent me to the bottom of the ocean to begin colonizing. But when I arrived at the bottom of the ocean, I discovered a city. A city of teenagers created by the hands of the Soviets. After some exploring, I've learned that almost 80% of the ocean is colonized by experiments. So I decided to settle down in Quanche, a bustling city full of skyscrapers and teens. There are no adults to tell us what to do, no schools, and naturally no government. So my friends and I love it here. Sadly, the crime rate in Quanche is very high. Since there is no one there to stop criminals, almost everyone here is a delinquent. That's where we come in. My friends and I have formed a sort of police force and we've decided to stop crime.

One day while on the job, there is a murder. The next day two murders. After that, three. And so on... The water is also starting to turn black. Every day the ocean gets darker,and more murders take place. I'm starting to wonder if the two have a connection of some sort. Knowing us, we decided to dive right into trouble. What is this mysterious evil? And why is it destroying the world's oceans? I don't know but I think I'm about to find out.
