Reinhold Academy is a school for unusual, outcasted, and  paranormal abilities. But to outsider's, they are a school for the troubled. The outside world isn't ready for an evolved race, so people with such ability's stay hidden. The school offers young students protection from the outside world, and allows them to grow with their abilities. Young students who are born or have acquired some level of abilities, are sent here to learn to control their powers and defend themselves.

The head of the school, Jason Reinhold, puts together a group of 12 students who don't play well with others. The two oldest being, Kieran and Allora. Next, being Dallan, Hunter, Shawn, Aspen, and Katlin. Then Fara, Iris, and, Blake. Lastly, the two youngest, the twins Liam and Lauren. 

Each one dealing with their own problems, the 12 are told a prophecy, "The Falling". This leads them down a spiral of mystery, questionable relationships, and tests them physically and mentally. Victore Academy boarding school is a lot of things. To the outside world, it's the heaven of schools. For some students, it's an experience they'll never forget. For others, it's the place to start their careers. And maybe for a few, it's the peak of their lives and really as good as it's going to get for them. And for me... well, I'll need a bit more than this to talk about that. But before you step in, here's a few things that everyone makes note of: 1. The students have secrets. And money. It's hard to tell what more of, honestly. 2. Don't get a room on the West Side of the girl's dorms. The birds around that private property lake house downside from campus don't stop chirping at 5AM. It's unpleasant, to say the least. 3. Avoid Mr. Labadee's classroom at all costs outside of lessons, especially past fifth period. It's better off if you're left in the dark with this one. 4. That asshole from Spain that terrorizes all the young freshmen is not hot. However, girls do make note of the fact that he works out post seventh period and right before first, near the track field. 5. The Victor's Tournament happens every year for all the senior year students. It's a pretty big deal. 6. Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. No one will believe it was me who disappeared into a fence and appeared on the other side of school. I stare at my brother. He made eye contact with me, confirming my suspicions. We both saw it.
