Leo is a fifteen year old boy who loves dogs and has made a career out of helping ones with issues. He realized quickly that he had a strong connection with dogs in general. Though Leo wasn't completely okay either. At a young age his mother walked out on him and his father after abusing both of them since Leo was born. When he is giving his friends a dog, his police friend brings up a dog that hasn't had a good life. Leo decides to take on the dog not really knowing what he's getting into. He digs deeper into the dogs past which forces him to work with his childhood enemy. 

A boy and a dog with more in common they think.
