Electra Daley is a member of the UCSD (undercover spies district), a secret part of the FBI. Specialized spies in the youth age are giving tests on their spy knowledge and abilities. Electra is one of them. She attends high schools around the world, on the hunt of the world's most notorious teenage criminals. To kill them, bring them to justice, put them in jail, whatever, Electra and her fellow UCSD members can do it.
