"Burried Memories" is my first story. YugiLuv and YumikoWhite helped me with choosing the title and they helped me so much. We had fun choosing the title from the titles recommended by YugiLuv, especially because of an autocorrect accident. One of the recommended title were Saudade, which is a deep meaning of melancholy or nostalgia felt when yearning for something or someone who is not there. While I was telling them about it, my autocorrect 'corrected' it to Sausage. I came up with "Burried Memories" thanks to the two of them. I only wanted to share the 'funny' story behind the title. Also thanks to YumikoWhite for making the cover! Special thanks to my fam in amino, too!

Save Me
I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.
