In the world where 80% of the population has "Quirks", abilities from enhanced strength to something godly are made possible. However this isn't the only shocking history that humanity discovered. How everything came together.

About 10,000 years ago, a battle royale between the "Undead" happened for the survival of the fittest. Whoever survived the Battle Fight will be granted a wish. 52 Undead represented 52 different species and battled so they can wish for the species they represent to rule the Earth. The winner of the battle royale was the Human Undead so the humans repopulated the Earth as milleniums passed by. The other Undeads were sealed by the Monolith which turned them into cards.

Now, someone set them free and BOARD has to take action. They made the "Rider System" which was the only combat system that can battle the Undeads. Heroes and Kamen Riders never got along as they were considered a Vigilante. However, somebody wants to prove heroes wrong. That Kamen Riders can be heroes.
