The fantastic Merlin series left us with a tired old Merlin, I want to change that ending. Let's go back to when Uthar was dead and Gwenaviar was Arthur's queen.
Right now Merlin is perfectly boring in everyone's eyes but the few who know him by his true name. Will slipping up on a hunting trip be the first thread that unravels his life for all to see? How long can you hold a collapsing lie together before it kills you?

This story is about love and the struggles that we must overcome in the name of it. A lot of Merthur, but I keep it pretty pg-13 so don't expect a lot of smut.
