Evan Keatere is a little boy going through traumatic time. His entire family is pushing him to be a trainer, but he just doesn't see the point. Sure, he's watched battles here and there, even has entire journals of just research, but his ultimate goal is not what his family wants. What's his goal? Why does his family want this path for him? Why does he reject it?

Florian invites Flare to start a rescue team with him, with no other options, Flare accepts, and together, they form a rescue team to help others in need. They discover lost lands, uncover hidden treasures, and go on one-of-a-kind adventures. However, there are dark secrets to unravel, Flare has to keep his past as a human a secret, and on top of that, a group is out, looking for him. All Flare wants to do is get back home, but he might make some new friends and save the world along the way.
