Skylar's life goes from picture-perfect to nightmare-awful in one night.
She finds herself starting over in Oregon, living in a quiet town. A little too quiet.
Skylar soon realizes this small town has its own share of secrets and surprises, starting with Jack McCloy. Jack is the high school's resident all-star jock, with the body to match. He takes an immediate interest in Skylar, much to her surprise. However, Skylar doesn't know if she can deal with a boy with so many secrets, especially not when she is trying to get her life back in order.
Will Jack be able to get through to Skylar, or will her troubles consume her and keep Skylar silent forever?
