The Damaged Hero

All Izuku wanted to do was help. He had a major disadvantage compared to everyone else. He had known that since he was 4, since he discovered that not all men are made equal, but he'd be damned if he didn't work 10 times harder than everyone else, just to not fall behind.

Then, after 10 years of work, he's rewarded. He acts before he thinks and saves a life, but his bully didn't see it that way. That's why he's currently bleeding in the street, with the right side of his face a charred mess. Physically, he's broken, but his will is as strong as ever.
