Naruto died due to Kakashi somehow being alive. Kurama was sealed into Kyuu. Naruto's body, however, was being preserved in a Life Suspension seal until someone can figure out how to revive him. The sannin, however, are lost.
Kiyomi has Orochimaru's thermal vision and Sage Mode, and Kyuu has access to Kurama's eyes. They both have the Sharingan, as well as Toshiro. The three unlocked it when Naruto died.

a problem went wrong with minato's judgment as it turns out that when you seal the soul of something, that soul can co-exist with the person it's sealed in when Minato decided to seal the soul of the kyuubi within his son, he greatly miss judged what would happen to his son after his passing, good thing it turned out semi-good (I don't own naruto or cross sans (which I'm just taking reference from)) (I have completed this story whith it being semi rushed because I'm not a good writer)Complete
