TW: This book has a lot of descriptions of abuse and because of how often it is, there are no trigger warnings at the beginning of chapters. Take this as a warning for the whole book.

Samuel never thought that moving out of his childhood home would make such a drastic change in his life, at least it wasn't supposed to.

When moving the last of his things in to his new home, he meets his upstairs neighbours: Taylor, and her boyfriend Benjamin. At first everything seemed normal, until Samuel begins to notice things about the couple that prove everything to not be quite as perfect as he first thought they were.

MY NEW NEIGHBOR

12 parts Complete Mature

(A LITTLE BIT MORE TWISTED THAN YOUR NORMAL BOY NEXTDOOR STORY) Max wakes one morning to discover that he has a new neighbor and their parents seem dead set on them being friends, but how could they be? Max is broken, with a past that inspires a pity from others that he can not stand, one that can't be overlooked, but Graham seems to be full of surprises. Could he be the one who changes everything? (Warning!!! This story contains boy love.) I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.
