Pyra, a fire elemental, is the first of her kind to be attending the famous Arcana Academy, a place where Mortals and Magicks alike go to learn where they want to be in the future. Her arrival is far from glamorous and during a tragic event she meets Hal, a dragon prince. After months of dancing around the fire, they dive straight in and begin on their journey as star-crossed lovers. With the return of Pyra's vicious nightmares, she starts receiving threatening letters from a mysterious person. Hal and Pyra make it their mission to find the source of these letters and teach them not to play with fire.
