What is the purest thing in this world?
It could be different things for different people. For a scientist, an element in a particular form. For a devote, their belief in God. For a child, their mothers' love.
For me? It is us, or the ashes that remain of what we were used to be.
They say that you can burn down bodies and buildings, turning them to ash, but you can't reduce ash any further. Ash is permanent and irreversible, where everything else is temporary. Ash is the purest thing in the world. Just like us, unadulterated and doomed from the start.

The New Superhero
Ash gently floated through the breeze of the wind, and all of the ash was coming from the place that had fallen before my very eyes. I leaned my body up, so that I could get a better view of this place in front of me. I took in a deep breath as I smiled, the loud sounds and the beating of my heart, along with the fear and anxiety that I had felt before, all went away with the silence. Times like these were hard to come by after all of the things that I have been through. Though no matter how many times I wanted to feel victorious, no matter how many times I wanted to tell myself that it was all over, I couldn't. This happened quite frequently and fast, one second I get powers from a magic rock, and the next second, well, I wish I had never touched that rock. Sometimes I think I'm going to go insane, I wish I could go back in time and be a normal kid once more. It was better then, I was less stressed, and I didn't have villains to deal with, but I know eventually I will be at peace, and I won't have a care in the world. I just don't know if that peace will ever come, it may, or it may not, I guess I'll have to find out. #8 in notperfect as of 3/12/23Complete

Both hold same fragility and value. Both need an intensive care. The question is can people really care it as if they value themselves? Can people value them like some precious and rare gem? Or do they only take a notice when it shattered beyond repair. Unable to move on or beat for another day. No pills or expert could cure and restoring before the pain take over. This a tale about heart, the center of human vitality as well destruction once its defects. The location is in the center of the chest, just behind the physical heart.
