We might not realize it but there are those who were forgotten living among us. They could be someone who live next door but they could also be in your bedtime stories. There could be the villains in your children's book or the unsung heroes in real tales. Any encounter might be coincidental or destined. That's how Tommy, an ordinary young man encountered the rarest existence while working in a boring old library.

Once upon a time among men, there were once the dragon witches. And there were seven of them! Cursed eternally to protect the world. But what does this encounter means? Was it purely coincidental? Who are the dragon witches?
