Preface:  Once upon a time, in a period around 600 years ago, there was a dragon in a cave, a boy on a quest, and a girl held hostage----this is their story... 


Extra Info:  This is a fantasy story based in the Middle Ages in the year 1357. This is in the time of the Roman Catholic Church, meaning there will be religious mentionings. This does not mean that I, the author, either is trying to push that on my readers, or am Catholic. I have no qualms towards either side. The main character, Jasper Hayes, is a 21 year old blacksmith in his village, Briarsdale. 

I hope you enjoy the story. Please don't leave any hate, but I am open to constructive criticism.
