Her name is Olive, aged at 19 in Los Angeles. A somewhat normal girl, who is not necessarily normal at all. She has a dark side that is hidden underneath her sweet, calm and collected layer.

Using nothing but their quick wits and a few dollars in their pockets, Olive, Spencer, Joanna, and Kit attempt to escape California into Washington. They are willing to leave everything behind, including the past.

What is she running from? What is she trying to hide? What happened to them all? Can she leave behind her mistakes?
