Amps, a girl in an orphanage, is the only one who worries where her friend, Frisk, ran off to. It only has been 4 days, and there is no sign of Frisk. Amps decides to look for her young friend one day.
Meanwhile, Frisk is moving through the underground quickly. They can not save their friends just yet, they need someone they know to help.
Sans is doing his thing, being lazy, making puns, keeping an eye socket out for Frisk. He doesn't realize another human will fall, but will stay, no matter what, and has more determination than Frisk to just stay, and stay alive.
This is just a dream I remember quite clearly, and it also puts an oc of mine in the Undertale world, just to love a certain skeleton.

What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? Only one way to tell... ~o0o~ Disclaimers before you start! •There is NO fanon ships. That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I dislike those types of stories. The reader will have no part in this, and they will not be shipped with anyone. •This exists outside of canon to an extreme. For example, Frisk is the second human and not the eighth. •There will be OCs, but only for a few humans and they still technically exist in normal Undertale. •There is a sequel. I'm planning on rewriting it after this one, as it is much more random and definitely needs it. Clanky, plot holes/retconning, etc. It's more of an OC thing, to explore them and their issues, than an Undertale thing, but it has its similarities. •There will be some explicitives. It won't be unnecessary or excessive, only when it fits the situation and character. I will not be using any slurs, as that's just plain disrespectful, even if some of them apply to me. "The Time Before" by ANinnyMouse42 is the backstory for Sans in this AU with some adjustments (mainly since that was very close to my original idea before I read it and I don't want people to think I copied their masterpiece or smth, if you haven't read it please do so, it's really good).
