Byakuya Togami already understood the fact, he likes Makoto. He's a bit upset at himself for choosing a male and not a female, but confesses to Makoto anyway. Thinking he'll have the same feelings. But on the other side of the coin, Ky ōko has admitted to herself, she likes Makoto. She goes to confess, but Byakuya is already there. Both of them confessed. After that they learn something they didn't know. Makoto scared they won't accept him, but his fear is gone, when they both do accept him. After sometime almost everyone starts saying, "Makoto is my boyfriend.".
