A world where time is the most relevant thing in todays society. Where people depend on time, live on time, and die on time. Time is what keeps them going or stops them in their tracks. When the time on their hand reaches 0, it’s game over and their life is no more. So, how do these people stay alive? They pass different stages to gain time. If they fail to pass the stage, they lose time and gain age. These stages involve combat, athletics, academics, stealth and creativity.
The time countdown does not start until an individual reaches the age of 18. Once they turn 18, they stop ageing, unless they fail to pass a stage. Failure to pass a stage results in a loss of time and the ageing of two years.
No one has ever passed all the stages before. Is it possible for someone to pass all the stages and find out the guy who is pulling all the strings? Read to find out!

A Certain Scientific Time Lord
Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old.......
