A world where time is the most relevant thing in todays society. Where people depend on time, live on time, and die on time. Time is what keeps them going or stops them in their tracks. When the time on their hand reaches 0, it’s game over and their life is no more. So, how do these people stay alive? They pass different stages to gain time. If they fail to pass the stage, they lose time and gain age. These stages involve combat, athletics, academics, stealth and creativity.
The time countdown does not start until an individual reaches the age of 18. Once they turn 18, they stop ageing, unless they fail to pass a stage. Failure to pass a stage results in a loss of time and the ageing of two years.
No one has ever passed all the stages before. Is it possible for someone to pass all the stages and find out the guy who is pulling all the strings? Read to find out!

A Certain Scientific Time Lord
Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old....... Follow his adventures, as he enters Academy City to try and solve a certain problem that is going on. (Chronology: Daihaseisai Arc of A Certain Magical Index.) The Daihaseisai is here! A festival event where all the schools in Academy City compete with each other in sporting events.. a festival even more popular then the World Cup. Espers from all over are encouraged to use their abilities. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... Time Consuming
A man who commits crimes for the sake of committing crimes and enjoys it, one day loses his life at the hands of a policeman obsessed with him. And when he opens his eyes again, he finds himself in the body of an 18-year-old boy. After adjusting to the situation for a while, he realizes that everyone who turns 18 in this world is awakened and a mark appears on their right hand. People in this world never grow old. Everyone has a lifespan, and to extend that lifespan, they can use the mark on their right hand to enter a place called the game world. If they win in the games they participate in here using their own lifespan, their lifespan is extended. ---------- After talking to his parents, who seem to be the same age as him, Zane decides to play his first survival game in this fun world. And Zane is hiding a secret: he has awakened an SSS level ability. -------- The main character is a villain, but in his perspective crime is an art and not every bad thing is a crime, it's just pathetic. A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally..
