With Odin close to death, Thor and Loki return to Asgard in order to face the looming threat of the Dark Elves. Meanwhile, Natasha chooses to remain on Earth while the love of her life is off fighting for his kingdom for over a year. While on Earth, Natasha faces the impending conflict of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra as well as the Winter Soldier as she forms new friendships with Sam Wilson and Steve Rogers. When the two finally end up in the same realm again, they are forced apart by a hidden force that had been lurking in the shadows for over two years.

This is a sequel to Red Winter. I didn't plan on writing a sequel but here it is! Again, the events transpire in a timeline where they've restored everything after defeating Thanos and reversing the effects of the snap. This is focused on Natasha, Bucky and Steve only. I have always appreciated the dynamics of Steve and Natasha's relationship even if there is no romance in it. And I often wonder how Natasha and Bucky would interact in the present considering their past. Again, I don't own Marvel and any of its characters.
