When Hina's mother takes off one random day in Autumn, she's upset to say the least. Sure, things haven't been the greatest since dad left, but their surviving. All the three of them have ever needed is each other. Or so she thought. With the help of an old family friend, Hina tracks down her mother. She knows she has no choice.

Taking her little sister Kaida with her, Hina embarks on a wild, last minute, and surprisingly emotional roadtrip. It's everything to Hina, who's only dream is to one day leave Missouri. For once her laughter is real and her heart is full.
