No one knew there was a curtain separating Realms, until it ripped.

At seventeen, I've been surviving in the wasteland that used to be Earth for three years. Wielders have overrun humanity and the magically twisted creatures you thought could only be real in your nightmares? They bump in the night.

I spend most days sleeping, and nights hunting for food. For anything really; shelter, comfort, peace.

When a Wielder finds me in a burnt out basement, I know any chance of seeing my twentieth birthday is gone. The only one able to transport between Realms, I'm quickly hunted on both sides of the curtain. Wielders and humans alike vie for the power it seems only I can wield, but I'm just a human.

Aren't I?

This book contains stories involving gender bending magical mirrors. Some of the stories exist in the same universe, with the same rules govering the mirror, others stand alone, with a completely unrelated mirror adventure. In one tale, the main character, Brad, moves in with his with his dad and accidentally discovers a mirror that allows him to see what life would be like as a girl, but how can he experience this discovery without getting caught and what will his dad think if he does finds out? In another, a man buys a mirror at an estate sale and later accidentally discovers its magical life-changing properties that only manifest when certain conditions are met. Then there's the story of Brennan, who accidentally discovers a mirror in his dad's room that has the power to show him they're life he always dreamed of, living as a girl. In yet another, 16 year old Roger's journey begins with the exciting discovery of a book, in an attic, that describes an ancient magical mirror with the ability to reflect a person's deepest desires. Enjoy 😉 Keep in mind that the magical mirrors in each of these stories are not necessarly connected to each other and may not operate in the same way. Some will have different rules from others. *This story was written by Sabrynabrooklynne on Wattpad. If you aren't reading it there, it's been stolen. [Watty's Shortlist & WATTPAD PICKS -- Up and Coming List 06.07.2018] Now Available on Amazon!!! His hands moved down to cradle her neck. "I only have one request if you're going to keep me in suspense all day long." "What's that?" The movement of her lips drew his eyes down. "Let me kiss you again?" That voice, breathy and low, set Taly's heart racing. His lips twitched at the corners-he could hear it. Now that he could use his magic, he knew exactly the kind of effect he was having on her. But he didn't move. He waited. Her choice. She set the pace. Taking a shaky breath, she jerked her head. Yes. *** Magic marked her for suffering. Magic will save her. Magic will lead her home. On Tempris, time magic is outlawed, and suspected time mages are hunted. Humans are second-class citizens, shunned by the immortal fey that live on the island. They even have a name for their kind: Shardless. Taly is one of the lucky humans. Taken in by a fey noble and his family, she's lived a good life, surrounded by people she loves. But when an accidental brush with magic causes her to see things -- ghostly apparitions that give her small glimpses into the future -- it has deadly consequences. The Sanctorum has returned to the island, and if they find her, they'll kill her. And anyone that tries to protect her. This includes her best friend, Skye. He was the boy that saved her. The man she knew she could never have. And when he refuses to let her go, their actions might hold the power to reshape the world. An ancient evil is rising, and in order to protect those that she cares for, Taly will have to sacrifice everything. Including her heart.

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?
