Harper West-Allen thought she was just a normal teenager, living a normal life with her parents, Iris West and Barry Allen. She grew up hearing stories about the savior of her city, the Flash. She has always looked up to him and aspires to help people the way he does, even though she has no idea who he is. Unfortunately, she doesn't have any powers and believes she is just ordinary, along with everyone around her.
However, when Harper finds out she has acquired powers, her whole world changes. And it seems that everyone in her world is not who she thought they were.
