Kysen Rhett lost her mother at the age of five but continued to grow up strong with her father. Watching boxing and becoming adventurous influenced her bad behavior in school and she eventually dropped out. At the age of thirteen, however, her life started to crumble at her feet even more once her father was diagnosed with cancer. Skip ahead three years and Rhett has moved to Manhattan, New York from Utah in order to take care of a family friend, but so many more tasks were thrown her way. Meeting Casey Jones changed her life for the better in a way she had never expected. She discovered the existence of the teenage mutant ninja turtles during her encounter with the Purple Dragons; and that was the night everything began.
WARNING: This is not going to be with the typical Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There will be swear words, descriptive violent scenes, mentioning of blood, and there may be some small sexual-like actions here and there. I recommend to anyone that is interested in reading this story to be at least over the age of 12 and or these things listed will not bother you. Thank you (:

You Don't Have To Fight Alone
Maria Sanava is a country girl, but unlike her parents, she isn't interested in working on an apple farm her whole life. She wants to do something that makes a mark on the world. (Zootopia anyone?) All her life she has been involved in extracurriculars, top of her classes in everything. She took art, english, math, science, forensic science, physics, philosophy, history, and even a few martial arts. But she couldn't ever figure out what it was that she wanted to do. But that would change when she accompanied her parents and little brother on a trip to New York for a large shipment of apples and a business offer for her parents. The two week trip gets turned around when she meets Leonardo and his family, who just can't figure out what the foot clan is doing, chasing after some random apple girl from the country. Turns out, being good at everything has it's downsides, but this trip is going to change Leo and Maria's view of the world forever. This is my first story so bear with me. This follows the TNMT movie from 2007, with of course you the lovely reader being added. This isn't the 2012 universe, it has nothing to do with that storyline. This is a female reader, I apologize but you can substitute the pronouns if needed :) Four turtles... four brothers... genetically reborn in the sewers of New York. Named after the great Renaissance masters... and trained as ninjas. They battled many creatures and foes before defeating their archenemy... the Shredder. But now, a greater evil is poised to destroy their very brotherhood. An evil born 3,000 years ago. It was in that time a warrior king named Yoatl led a brotherhood that fought side by side with one purpose: To conquer the kingdoms of the world. Yoatl had a daughter, Y/N, who fought against his will. She believed her family to be wrong, but trained among them to one day stop her father. But nothing could stand in their way... as they left a trail of destruction behind them. In his quest, Yoatl learned of a constellation known as the stars of Kikan. Every 3,000 years, the stars would align, opening a portal to a world of unknown power. Y/N tried to reason with him, but it was too late. He became immortal, but at a price. His brotherhood was turned to stone. And Y/N? She was forced into immortality alongside her father, as the gods saw punishing her for his wrongdoings was a fitting fate for the king. 13 monsters were unleashed into our world. The king was left on earth, unable to die or forget his mistake. Y/N, trapped in time by her father, never forgave him for what he'd done. She always stays close though, hopeful her father has seen the error of his ways. The monsters that were unleashed, contine to plague mankind to this very day.
