It's the night before New Year. You're celebrating it with a few of your close friends. Sipping champagne in your studio apartment with Adele playing softly in the background. Everyone is in their pajamas, ready to sleep when the clock hits 12. It's been 16 days since your 22nd birthday, and you're still without a significant other. Not that being single is bad, you just wish you had someone. Your name is Paige Davis.
You're at home with your longtime boyfriend. You two had just celebrated your 22nd birthday back in November. Snuggling on the couch counting down the minutes to New Year. Looking outside your apartment to see all the people below hustling to the square to see the ball drop. Enjoying your time with him, sipping some hot chocolate with exactly three marshmallows. Your name is Hana Lee.
Every year something strange happens, you and your soulmate switch bodies, having to try and find each other. Only a select group of people are affected.
