the art of picking a flower

peter parker wasn't always the spiderman, no. before the spider bite and the world saving peter was just a scared teenager, too scared to come out to his aunt and uncle, and even after he did, too scared to even look his uncle in the eyes. after may leaves ben, it's still too late, the hate had been shown, and peter had been hurt, broken even. so when he does become spiderman he vows to do what he can to help those in need. so when the guy he likes is in danger he sees no dilemma. the real question? who saves who?
