His main goal is to discover and learn about an alien species, assuming there are any out there. Imagine his surprise when a malfunction in his ship causes him to make an emergency crash-landing on the nearby Copper-9. Despite surviving with minimal injuries, the ship is totaled and he's stranded on this tundra-void exoplanet. Is there any chance of survival?
