wartime angels

florence is a young girl of 14. one fateful day, she is sent away to the countryside as war breaks out against germany. she is unable to find a home, so is placed with the richest family in the area, the channing family, to be the nursemaid of an infant. the family have a son, david, aged 16, who immediately begins to show interest in her. during her time at the channing's, florence discovers that the family's life is not all riches and glamours, and that her employers son may be more than just this to her...
