It was a late night that I was spending in my attic. I was cleaning out the things the previous owners left and I had fount a trunk. It was old and dusty, the leather straps worn with age. I decided I would open it to maybe see if there was anything valuable in it. With it looking and being so old maybe I could sell somethings to the antique or pawn shop for some money. As soon as I opened it though there was a giant cloud of dust that attacked me. I coughed as I peered into the box, all I could find were photographs, books, love letters, a few dresses, jewelry and hospital bills. I took all these things out and didn't really mind much of them till I found an old journal. It looked way older than the others but a lot cleaner and less roughed up. I opened it and as I read the pages, I got more and more intrigued.
