I have been fighting against myself over the past years. Despite realising that I may have anxiety when I was younger, I did not do anything. Only in this past year did I pulled myself together and went to seek help. Since March 2019, I have been medically diagnosed with depression, GAD, social anxiety, and eating disorder. The contents of this book are based of my daily struggles with depression and anxiety, and how I start to learn to live with mental health issues.
