"Long time ago, when God and Satan were at war, they used to send angel and demon hybrids to Earth, to battle each other."
My mother seeing the confusion on my face quickly explained.
"Hybrids in this instance are humans with angel blood or demon blood in them because angels and demons cannot survive on Earth in their true form."
"This war caused all of the disputes in the world; the discriminations, the separations, and so on. However, although there were limited hybrids sent to Earth, there was a demon name 'Ravenous' who used to capture angel hybrids and inject their blood into himself and the army he created to combat God and Satan for the rule of the Earth. The angel blood, mixed with their demon blood made them disfigured and misshaped."
"The army or creatures that rule under Ravenous are called 'grims'; they are the real evils on Earth. Ravenous and his army of grims gave God and Satan a fight for their rule of Earth. They forced God and Satan to return to their realms, if you will, and watch the Earth become a literal hell on Earth."
"So why isn't it terrible now, then"
My mother understanding my question, continued the story
"Well, when God and Satan were forced back to heaven and hell, respectively, the plague and the Great Depression, which affected and killed millions took place. If God and Satan didn't work together, then every day would be monetary depression and plague filled. They had to find a way to get rid of it and help humanity get better or else it would be a state of Armageddon.
