The events of the infection left the kingdom broken and scarred, one little bug brought the nightmare to an end but with a price. He leaves behind the bugs of hollownest with nothing but his broken remains. The bugs of hollownest including hornet try to deal with the loss of their friend and figuring out how to rebuild the kingdom of hollownest.
This story is in hornets point of view. Might be some slight Hornet x grimm, or hornet x quirrel. Depending on where I go with this.
Btw in this quirrel isn't deaddd I wanted to make this a universe where he's still alive

The Fall of Hallownest
This novel depicts the full story of Hollow Knight in the perspectives of 5 different characters, which are represented in 5 long chapters. Many things in the Hollow Knight lore are very unclear, so we had to fictionalize some things. Please dont get mad because some events appear that are not 100% confirmed to be accurate. Im not Team Cherry. I dont have the lore bible. I dont work at ICE anymore. This isn't your typical fan fiction where everyone... ya know... does the nasty.
