Perfect Humans are the result of a mutation in their DNA. Aside from their outstanding beauty, their most differentiating aspect is their purple eyes. Perfect Humans carry themselves as superior but ironically they are forced to live in secret. As history may have it, humans and Perfect humans can never intermix.
Riel seems to have no problem with that rule.
After all, she hates humans.
*Some of my characters curse quite a bit so I had to switch it to Mature, but other than that it's pretty PG... I think*
