Juliette Valentino has just been rejected.
Rejection-/riˈjekSHən/ noun. 1.the dismissing or refusing of a proposal, idea, etc. 2.the spurning of a person's affections.
But, of-course, she expected it. After years of verbal abuse from her 'packmates' she realized that honestly, this was bound to happen. Because she didn't necessarily want a mate. Juliette knew how to protect herself-- she was the badass chick in the family after all. But it wasn't the rejection that hit home that she wasn't where she was supposed to be.
Nope. It was falling into the pack pool behind the mansion at 2 am in the morning after being pushed by a certain runaway Vampire prince who then had the audacity to stop, help her up, flirt, and then push her in again to help her hide from the wrath of the ones after him.
So then she was stuck on the run for her life with the said runaway Vampire prince and then being stuck into a conspiracy which should only be written in stories by teen writers who have no idea how to write! But alas, this is the sad life of one Juliette Valentino.....
...and while she runs away from warpath with her hot-as-hell Vampire companion, she starts wondering if her rejection was actually part of the whole twisted plan of Fate.
