This is the sequel to 'The Alpha's Huntress'. It is not a stand alone so you would have to read the first one before this. 
    
    The last we heard about Gemma was that everybody thought she was dead. After killing Belataire, she was taken by her people who promised to help her and keep her alive after being badly wounded. Rhydon, her mate and the Alpha of the strongest pack in the world, have healed too from the fight and have waited to hear from Gemma. However, little did they know that someone who has planned all along to take Gemma and use her witch powers to help take over all councils has taken her.  To make matters worse, he has erased all memory of Rhydon and the pack. Once Rhydon gets word of what has happened he does everything he can to try and get back the Gemma he knows. 
    
    Will it be too late? Is Rhydon strong enough to fight this new enemy who happens to be an ancient creature that everyone used to fear? 
    
    This new enemy of theirs isn't like any other and to think Belataire was the worst.
    
    New secrets will come to surface that can change their worlds forever and possibly, destroy them in the process
