Why vocational training in a school is important

In the age where unemployment is breaking all records, where people find it difficult to get placed in a company despite having an exemplary degree, where companies are coming out with huge vacancies every day but still unable to find the right person suitable for the job; it is time that the traditional methods of teachings be discarded and vocational training be made pertinent to every school curriculum.
