Standing still, I did not dare to move even a muscle as I did not know on how to reply to Prince Fabians' confession.
"Prince Fabian..." I just said his name as he took a couple of steps toward me. Once he is in front of me he wrapped his left hand around my waist and pulled me closer to him while he placed his other hand on my cheek and carressed it. We looked at each other's eyes for a moment.
"I do not need your response right now preziosa. I'll wait for you even if it is a lifetime" he leaned forward and kissed me lightly on the lips.

A thousand years ago, during the dark ages, the creatures of the night revealed themselves to the world. In order to maintain peace with everyone. An agreement has been made, more of like forced agreement, that the creatures of the night would rule.
Rules were established and we must abide by them. Breaking the rules results to severe punishments like whipping and such. Aristocrats were formed, the ones who rules the creatures of the night were the royals pure blood of the vampires, while for the humans the ones who are wealthy fought until death to claim a title of Lord and Lady. The ones who become Lord and Lady were deeply respected by the people.

Elaka had put a protective hidden wall around the kingdom so no one would come in unless brought in by the citizens. There were humans that lived there and their lives were a paradise. And total peace. And there was the Dark land. Where every other creature lived. The three major kingdoms tolerated each other for as long as they could. Years passed without war. Until Elaka suddenly vanished. Without her, the world would become chaotic again. The crystal was lost in the forest. So many have searched for it but never succeeded.
