Depression? People sometimes don't understand the intensity of having a depressive episode. Where you sulk and exclude yourself from everyone around you. Where you question your worth and existence in life. Where imagination gets the best of you. Till it reaches the point of you having hallucinations. Until it comes to the point where you wake up in an isolation room of a psychiatry ward. Alone and confused. But like we all know, everything that happens in life has a purpose. And every problem needs only one solution. And that is God. With the help of friends, family and loved ones, and faith in God, we can overcome depression.
P.s. these are based on my real life experiences ;)

𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘴, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳'𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯! Tragedy can happen to anyone, anytime and anywhere, and the saddest part about that truth is that tragedy is unavoidable. No one can prevent a natural disaster from happening. No one can prevent death from knocking on their doorstep - if it's an accident, or a sickness - it cannot be prevented, and it cannot be avoided. You never know on which day tragedy will come knocking on your front door. You never know who it would strike next - if it would be you, or someone else, or someone who is very close to you. The thing is, with tragedy, it doesn't ask questions before it strikes. It just does. River and Sophia were two people who experienced the same tragedy: loss, but their stories were very different from each other, but they shared the same pain of losing someone they loved, someone who was close to them. And now, suffering the aftermath of their tragedies - living with the guilt, the regret, and the grief of losing someone that was close to them, they have to try to overcome everything, before their tragedy ruins their lives forever. This is a collection of poems written as a way to control a person's feelings; originally they were never intended to be seen by human eyes. This is written from the point of view of someone who struggles with emotional turmoil but feels they cannot tell others about it because their afraid it might drag them into the same torture they feel everyday. Depression is a serious thing that plagues our world and this is one of many ways it can affect a person. Too many people act like this doesn't exist or its a style but its not its a serious issue people have become desensitized to. When this book was first published it climbed its way to #1 in depression, to my dismay I took it down hoping to find a publisher that would be willing to work with me (of course no progress has been made) ALL poems in this book have a trigger warning but if there is *** in the title than its a suggestion and an extra precaution to not read it if you are at risk of becoming triggered.
