Jaime Lannister, known as the Kingslayer and a man without honor, has fallen in love with Brienne of Tarth, the only female soldier in Westeros.

He is the greatest swordsman in the kingdom and she is the only person who can match his talent.

While fighting for the rightful person to take the throne, they've fought their feelings for each other, but it's time to give in.

This is a fanfiction story about Jaime and Brienne that begins after "The Long Night".

What Jaime Lannister was born a girl and Cersei (Cersen) was born the eldest son? Also, just for fun, Ser Brien of Tarth. Having killed Aerys, Jaime married Stannis after being deemed unsuitable for the king. * Jaime had been allowed near no kind of blade after her display in the Whispering Wood and her hair had grown wild and long. Hanging in unwashed tangles, the mane of curls still glinted gold in the lamplight and made her look like the lion on her house's arms, magnificent even in chains. Her once-fine gown was tattered rags, rotting on her body, her face was pale and wasted, yet the woman still had the nerve to be beautiful. Though that did not disguise the danger. * "There are no women like me. There's only me. What other woman can claim to have killed a king?" * "Kingslayer... And such a king he was!" She lifted her cup mockingly. "To Aerys Targaryen, the Second of His Name. And to the blade that opened his throat. It was a sword, you know. People like to believe that I stabbed him in the back with a dagger having weaselled my way in his bed," She gave a harsh laugh. "He'd likely have preferred it that way, and called me Joanna all the while," * "Had it been my choice, I would have been the definition of faithful and never have left my brother's side. But we don't always get a choice. You wouldn't understand, you're an honest woman," Her tone was mocking. "I've learnt that most honest women are just lucky. What would you have done if, say, your dear husband's old friend Robert took advantage of you being drunk and alone? He's the king, and a big man, your blows bounce off his chest like nothing and, should you tell anyone, your husband would behead you himself," "Ned would never - " Catelyn stopped herself but had said too much, as Jaime's smile grew. "Ned would never," She said carefully. "I don't doubt it. But Stannis would,"

Valaena Fireborn of House Targaryen has been in exile her entire life. Robert's Rebellion twenty years ago forced her and her siblings out of their home to Essos. Valaena was sold to Khal Drogo as his wife so her brother could use her husband's army to retake their father's throne. Suffice it to say, Viserys didn't get his end of the bargain. After a life in exile with one objective in mind, Valaena is headed home. While in Westeros learning about the culture of her homeland and making alliances, Valaena meets three men who will change her life forever. Jon Snow, the stoic King in the North. Tormund Giantsbane, the fearsome wildling. Oberyn Martell, the red viper of Dorne. *This is abandoned, the rest is on my Tumblr* Warning: This book is not fit for younger viewers due to the sexual scenes, violence, and language it contains. There are massive spoilers in this fanfic. It takes place after the Battle of the Bastards in Season 6 of "Game of Thrones". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "He watches you in wonder and awe. Don't you want a husband that would do anything for you, like Khal Drogo?" Kovarro smirked down at me, like he believed he was helping me by attempting to convince me to marry Jon. Rather, he had pushed me too far. I grabbed his tunic and forced him to lean backwards over the waist high rafters, staring down at him with vehemence. "I will never try to replace Drogo. I got my vengeance, but I can never see my family again. The only thing I have left of them is my memories and Haggo's bells in my hair." I roughly shoved him into the rafters, ensuring the wood dug into his back, before letting him go and stepping away from him.

Brienne of Tarth Fanfiction. This is a story set in George R.R. Martin's famed A Song of Fire and Ice series. It takes place in an alternate timeline in which Jon Snow and Sansa Stark returned to Castle Black after the Battle of the Bastards in Season 6. While they leave Winterfell in very capable hands, more work needs to be done in preparation for the real war coming between The Others-their icy adversary from beyond The Wall-and mankind. Sansa and Jon send their trusted King's Guardsman, Brienne of Tarth, with her squire Podrick Payne, out into the isolated villages, towns, and Great Houses of the North, to recruit more soldiers for the Night's Watch. When the two find themselves in a bleak situation an ally appears. This new ally, by the name of Saga, may hold the key to winning the battles to come-a wealth of Dragon Glass. Jon Snow aligns with this new ally in order to advance their chances of making it out of the Long Night alive. In the meantime, the conflict that has been plaguing the Kingdoms spills over into the Stark children's business and they are forced to face it at the same time. This is the story of Brienne and Saga who are sent to deal with these many problems that Sansa and Jon are faced with. While on their journey, an unexpected bond is built between the stranger and Brienne. However, Brienne is not used to this sort of affection. While battling the Stark's adversaries and the threat beyond the wall, she must also deal with the conflict in her heart. Will she give in to the feelings she is having for this woman? Or will her life-time of hiding behind the walls she built destroy any chance she has with Saga? ***TW For Minimal Gore/Violence, Brief Suicide Mention, and Swearing ****Season 6 Spoilers

Oathkeeper | A Jaime Lannister Story

18 parts Ongoing

This story follows Alys Stark, the eldest daughter of Ned and Catelyn Stark, and Robb's twin sister. After her brother Bran's tragic fall, she decides to stay within Winterfell's walls with her mother and brothers, while her father and sisters travel south to fulfill the King's petition. A sudden turn of events pushes her to join Robb in his quest to retrieve their family back to Winterfell, but an unexpected diversion from the original plan sends her towards a completely different set of affairs, in which she learns that life is no fairy tale, men are no «Princes of Dragonflies», and the Game of Thrones will take, and take, and take from her until all she is left with is the need to fight back with teeth and claws. ______________ About the ages: This is a Jaime Lannister x OC story after all, and I'm not very keen on huge age-gaps, so let's say that Alys, Robb and Jon are 20 (approximately) and Jaime and Cersei are in their early thirties (which is still a big gap, but at least it's legal). -Everything apart from the original characters and storylines belongs to George R. R. Martin.
