In 2014 yet another drive-by shooting took place in Albany NY. Like the previous wave of such violence, the teenage victims were young African Americans. Two died within a day but one, a young woman, eventually recovered to tell an unbelievable story of having traveled back in time to 1793, a year when much of the city was destroyed by fire and three young slaves were hung for the crime.

At age seventeen he was separated from his family and his village. We also read about his struggles in a new world with a different culture, tongue and well skin colour. His quest for attaining liberation with his other fellow black men as they match away from the hands of slavery. Well we give way for Pa' Thomas Fox to narrate his ordeal for us in the pangs of slavery and of attaining liberation. Enjoy.

It's been years since the humans completely took over. The day the supernatural beings they knew from books and movies written long ago exposed themselves as real, humans sought to destroy them. Without giving the supernaturals a chance to speak or defend themselves, humans eliminated every species but the werewolves and vampires. The two were left alive to be sold as slaves, since their strength and speed were considered useful. Lillian Brave is an only child, a lonely book worm in a wealthy family. She believes slavery is wrong and has been able to live seventeen years without owning a slave. However, it is now being forced upon her by her mother as she reaches the age of eighteen. She spends three million dollars on a rather handsome looking vampire for a reason unknown to her. Instead of becoming her slave, this vampire that cost so much becomes much, much more.
