Van, Barry, Hazel, and Medusa manage to get Salem away from Sal and the MCHC. There's a drawback, however, when Salem doesn't wake up.
The group ends up revisiting somewhere from Salem's past, and Barry ends up learning more about him than either would've liked.
Things are going to get personal, but it's their only chance at saving Salem from himself.
