Camp SCAM is a rehabilitation camp for 10-15 year olds. This is where an annual freedom race is held. If your group scores in the top 10 (out of 40 groups) your crime is excused from your record.
Caitlin, Joel, Aaron and Emma are all at this camp and they happen to be Group 38. They could win, the only problem us they loathe each other. This is pure hate. Can they pull it tougher to save their reputation, or will their crimes go down in history?
