Nobody knows who he is, or who his godly-parent is, all they know is that percy was poisoned and and melted into shadows during the ending ceremony at camp half-blood. And then eight month later a weird guy shows up and is all dark and weird but is deadly with any weapon at hand. ( even a pen)
