A town that's run by gangs... biker gangs to be exact. There's the Howling Commandos and Hydra... and they despise one another. Hydra causes trouble wherever they go and constantly get the Commandos in the thick of it. But they can handle it... or they thought they could when they assumed they knew how large Hydra was.

What happens when two young girls move in across from the leader of the Commandos? They're running from their own demons and just want peace. But will they be able to find it? And what will happen when the Howling Commandos realize Hydra's threat is much larger than they ever could have anticipated?
