Happy Without Me

Natasha Romanoff has always had feelings for James Barnes but never had the courage to confess because she thinks that she's not deserving of any type of love because of her past.

The two grew up together in Russia as orphans. They both shared the same passion when it comes to becoming agents so they trained together and both eventually got promoted to join SHIELD in New York.

When she finally has the courage to confess, here comes a guy named Steve Rogers, who is a fellow SHIELD agent she works with at the facility. He's known as the man who will do nothing wrong and also has nothing but good intentions.

A tragic accident occurs later on and Natasha finds herself in a position where she finds herself not being able to choose between the two gentlemen - James, who she thinks is the love of her life or Steve who has done nothing but good to her and whom she'll always feel indebted to.

Another storyline I have in my head so I want to see where my imagination would go with this one. I've always been a romanogers stan but buckynat has been growing on me so I want to see how it would go when the partners are switched.
