It all started in the year of 3246, where people learned the secrets of sorcery and magics. Some were born with it, some were given by the Sorcerer's Council. Monarchies were built to hold the wizards and help them. Registered guild under the Sorcerer's Council are considered legal. They were ought to help the people in a specific town or city- even country. Without the hold of Sorcerer's Council, there were still wizards who possesses black magic and using it for illegal purposes.
In New Found Land, there lies the Elite Sparrows Monrachy that consist a four circle; Fuertejo, Novice, Elisians, and Amarillo's.
