Calli Alison Harris, going into her senior year, believes there's nothing spectacular about her. One night after seeing a movie with some friends, Calli's mom forgets to pick her up and she left her cell phone at home. Total bummer! All of her friends are hitting the gym, so Calli decides to tag along, since she has nothing better to do. While she's on the treadmill burning calories, she spots Caspian Grimshaw working the bench press - and he's staring right at her! Great. For all she knew, she's drenched in sweat and looking like she just stepped out of the dumpster. Her friends had all gone to the sauna, but Calli had been too stubborn and decided she'd stay and work out. She felt like running right out of there into a cold shower and back into the safety of her little bedroom. But the more she thought about him, the more attracted she felt toward this boy.
