We've all heard the term "Love Thy Neighbor". Well, what happens when your neighbour is Vic Fuentes, infamous fuckboy who has random women coming over at random hours of the night? Saylor Elridge moved into her place two years ago after a breakup from her then fiancé. Since moving in she's managed to climb her way up in the art scene to the point where art galas are asking her to showcase her work. She's also managed to keep a steady friend group, have a good relationship with her family, and date around a little. The one thing Saylor hasn't managed to do? Get used to her neighbour, Vic Fuentes. Vic is arrogant and annoying, and he flirts with her - and every woman on the planet - every chance he gets. After a certain turn of events, Saylor finds herself spending more and more time with Vic, and in doing so, finds that maybe his playboy ways aren't as exaggerated as she believed them to be. In fact, she finds herself actually learning to enjoy Vic. Will Saylor stick with her initial impression of him, writing him off as just another lost cause, or will she let herself discover the true Vic, the one that she finds herself capable of falling for?
